The Youthford Fellowship is a fully virtual, three-month program connecting ambitious students and recent graduates with industry experts, seasoned professionals, and emerging trailblazers from around the world.
Through curated mentorship sessions, collaborative projects, and a global peer network, fellows will develop the leadership skills, cultural identity, and systems thinking needed to drive meaningful change in the 21st century.

Eligibility Criteria
Youthford Fellowship is strictly for young people who meet the following criteria.
- Current undergraduate student in good academic standing, or a graduate of less than two years
- 18 years of age or older
- Genuinely interested in personal growth and making an impact
- Comfortable working collaboratively in a team setting
- Individuals from historically underrepresented groups
- Female applicants are highly encouraged to apply
How It Works
Selection Process
Our selection criteria emphasise wholistic experience, changemaking skills, and high-impact career aspirations.
Selected fellows will go through 12-week long learning curves with a systemic approach to social change, leading with humility, empathy, openness, and a collaborative approach towards solving an identified issue within their community.
